During peak times (holidays, sales, etc.), processing may take a little longer.

📬 Missing or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please email photos and your order number within 7 days.
If your parcel is lost or delayed beyond 30 days, contact us and we’ll work with the courier to resolve it — replacement or refund will be arranged as appropriate.
🚫 Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.
We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
🔁 Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a parcel is returned to us because delivery was unsuccessful or unclaimed, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery (shipping fees may apply).
